It was off to the West for our second prayer trek. We planned another two week journey from Texas due to the size and distance in driving to and through these states. Our route included:

Santa Fe, New Mexico

Phoenix, Arizona

Sacramento, California

Carson City, Nevada

The journey started on June 1, 2013, and we drove 4,700 miles. What we continually enjoyed about this trek was the scenery. It was simply amazing and left us in great awe. We seemed to be in a constant spirit of praise as we traveled because of the beauty of God's creation: The mountains and the valleys; the scorching deserts and the snow-capped peaks; the rivers and the lakes; the orchards and the vineyards; the ocean and the forests; the canyons and the flat lands. There was so much diversity of His handiwork. Our God is truly great!

We were expecting wonderful things as we traveled westward, and we were not disappointed. It was such a privilege to honor our Lord and to pray at each of the capitol buildings.

     - For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. Romans 1:20 (NASB)

     - Look at the nations and watch and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told. Habakkuk 1:5 (NIV)

We hope you will enjoy the pictures of Prayer Trek II.
